Welcome to the charming world of Café La Abubu, a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Tacubaya, Cdad. del Carmen, Mexico. Located at Calle 31, Plaza Camarón, Local 15, this café has quickly garnered a reputation for its cozy ambiance, excellent service, and mouthwatering menu. With a contact number of +52 938 688 3898, the warmth of this establishment is as inviting as the aromas wafting from its kitchen.
As you step inside, you are greeted by a quaint decor that creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The café may be small, but its charm is enormous. Patrons like Xavier Barajas have praised it for being a traditional spot that blends local flavors with high-quality ingredients at reasonable prices. The speedy service ensures that you won’t be waiting long for your meal, a sentiment echoed by Carmen Herrera, who believes the café’s offerings, including their biscuits, are among the best on the island.
The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the exquisite menu. From the first bite, the freshness of the ingredients shines through. Daniel describes the food as "exquisita," and I couldn’t agree more. Whether it’s a frothy frappe or their renowned biscuits, each dish reflects a commitment to quality that is hard to find elsewhere. Fans of sweet treats, like Dalia González, rave about the frappes, particularly the frappe de mazapan that tantalized my taste buds with its rich flavors.
However, it’s worth noting that while Café La Abubu excels in many areas, some guests, such as Iris Guadalupe Diaz Madrigal, have mentioned that noise levels and service speed could be improved, especially during busy hours. Yet, this minor drawback does not overshadow the café’s overall experience. Its dedication to hygiene, as underscored by Carmen Herrera, is especially commendable in these times.
In conclusion, Café La Abubu offers not just food but an experience intertwined with local culture and delicious flavors. The cozy setting along with friendly service makes it a must-visit destination for anyone in the area. Whether you’re starting your day with coffee at 6:30 AM or indulging in a sweet treat, this café strikes the perfect balance of comfort and quality. Make your way here for a taste of tradition wrapped in a delightful dining experience!
Very nice people and food, they also let me use their phone to make a call.
